Kings Alley Hotel is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and guests. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 (coronavirus outbreak) and remaining in accordance with the guidelines of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Effective September 19, 2020, every traveler aged five and older who enters the U.S. Virgin Islands is required to use the USVI Travel Screening Portal and submit a COVID-19 test result.
Travelers are required to provide either:
- a COVID-19 antigen (molecular/PCR/rapid) test taken and negative result received (both within five days of commencement of travel to the Territory), OR
- a COVID-19 antibody test taken and positive result received (both within four months of commencement of travel to the Territory)
The five-day window is related to both taking the test and receiving test results. Travelers are encouraged to plan testing dates carefully. Tests taken or results received outside the five-day window do not meet the requirements. Travelers unable to produce the required test result will be subject to mandatory self-quarantine of 14 days from the time of entry into the Territory or the duration of their stay in the Territory, whichever is shorter, or until they are able to receive the required test result while in the Territory. King’s Alley Hotel will conduct temperature checks on all persons at check in. If you are exhibiting a fever, cough or other symptoms, please contact the Virgin Islands Department of Health by calling 340.712.6299. Be sure to advise our staff immediately if you have any of the symptoms mentioned in order for us to safely implement protective measures and proper sanitation.
If there are any additional changes due to government restrictions or forced closures, we will be sure to alert you at our earliest convenience.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at 340.773.0103.
